Acupuncture: Acupuncture points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. This releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes may stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities. They may promote physical and emotional well-being.
Cupping: An ancient healing method that may ease back pain, neck pain, headaches and other issues. It uses suction to pull on your skin and increase blood flow to the affected area.
Gua Sha: An alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to help improve circulation.
Tui Na Massage: This ancient Chinese practice that helps to get rid of blockages or imbalances that are believed to lead to pain and illness.
E-Stim: To send mild electrical pulses through the skin to help stimulate injured muscles or manipulate nerves to reduce pain.
Moxibustion: Used to invigorate blood and promotes flow of Qi. Often used for the flowing condition if due to accumulation of cold and dampness in the body that causes pain. Moxa heat can expel cold and dry dampness, which helps relieve pain.
